Grooming Services Surveillance Policy:

At Doggie Styles Unleashed LLC, the safety and well-being of your pets are our top priority. To ensure the highest standards of care, security, and service quality, we utilize surveillance cameras throughout our facility.

Purpose of Surveillance:

1.Safety and Security: Surveillance cameras are used to monitor all areas where pets are groomed, handled, and housed to ensure the safety of your pet and our staff. We also utilize cameras outside of our facility for both your safety as well as ours.

2.Quality Control: Video footage allows us to review and improve the grooming services we provide, ensuring that each pet receives the best possible care.

3.Legal and Insurance Purposes: In the event of a dispute or legal matter, surveillance footage may be used as evidence to protect both our clients and our business.

Confidentiality:

- All surveillance footage is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel.

- We do not share or distribute video footage publicly without consent, except in cases of legal or insurance-related issues or as required by law.

Client Rights:

- Clients may request to view footage related to their pet’s grooming session by contacting us. Any such footage will be provided following the terms outlined in our Photos/ Video consent form.
